Till now, all the vehicle are manufactured from new components and many of the vehicles are not used also till half of the period for which they are made to be used. Their are many scrapyards where vehicles are kept for days,months and years which leads in non functioning of the previously functioning vehicles and its components. As vehicles are made from new components their cost also increases my idea gives better option against this problem.
What we can do is we can identify this type of places. We can check the condition of vehicle outer body and it's inner component and then we can collect this parts at a place and could give treatment to that parts to increase its standard. After treatment we can start making electric vehicle in that to increase the quality of vehicle we can add solar panel on the top(roof) to increase range and we can also give a special feature of extra fuel source which will be hydrogen fuel. With this we can deliver a vehicle which will be better than existing brand new vehicles.
In India it is rule that we can't modify the vehicle to counter this issue we can contact vehicle registering body and we can ask them to deregister the vehicle. Later, after remanufacturing we can again register this vehicle. One benefit from this is we can establish our own brand as when re registering we can register this from new brand.
I will like to invite existing car manufacturers, Governments and entrepreneurs to come and discuss this revolutionary plan and let's save our environment. As after implementation of this project the diesel, petrol, CNG, gasoline vehicles will be upgraded to SHEVs.
